The Clinic for Ear, Nose and Throat Diseases and Head and Neck Surgery, the Association of Tracheostomized Persons Tuzla, the ORL School Tuzla – ENT School Tuzla, and the ENT Department of the Faculty of Medicine in Tuzla are organizing World Voice Day on April 16.
The program will start on April 16, 2026, at 11:00 in the amphitheater of the Clinic for Internal Medicine, University Clinical Center Tuzla. The speakers will be Dr. Lejla Tokić, ENT specialist and president of the Association of Tracheostomized Persons Tuzla, and Dr. Majda Mujić, ENT specialist, president of the ORL School Tuzla – ENT School Tuzla and acting head of the ENT Clinic. There will be educational talks, and the Choir of Laryngectomized Persons Tuzla will also perform.
At the ENT Clinic, from 11:00 to 13:00, there will be free check-ups. People can come if they have had hoarseness for more than 4 weeks, are smokers, have voice tiredness or an unstable voice, throat discomfort, or use their voice for work. You must book in advance by calling: (035/303-264).
At Freedom Square in Tuzla, from 12:30 to 14:00, medical staff will give information to citizens and share brochures about voice care and health.
