On May 20, 2023, the 27th Tuzla ENT School was successfully held in Tuzla, marking the continuation of a long-standing tradition of continuous education in the field of otorhinolaryngology. This meeting—the first to officially carry Roman numeral numbering—brought together eminent experts from the region and around the world, with a focus on state-of-the-art surgical techniques and diagnostic approaches.

Cochlear Implant Surgery: The lecture was delivered by Prof. Dr. Mahmut Tayyar Kalcioglu from Istanbul, Turkey, who shared his experience with this complex surgical procedure.
Free Flaps in Reconstruction: Assoc. Prof. Dr. Gregor Heiduscka from Vienna, Austria, presented advanced free-flap reconstruction techniques essential in head and neck surgery.
Vibrant SoundBridge and Bonebridge: A detailed overview of these innovative hearing implants was provided by Dr. Astrid Magele.
Nasal Polyposis: Prof. Dr. Tomislav Baudoin from Zagreb, Croatia, presented contemporary approaches to the diagnosis and treatment of nasal polyposis.
